Cooking Process

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in minced garlic and ginger, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add broccoli florets and sauté for about 5 minutes until tender but still crunchy.
  • Pour in teriyaki sauce and soy sauce; stir to coat everything evenly.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the chicken and broccoli mixture over cooked rice.

Notes
