  • Butter one side of each slice of bread, ensuring even coverage.
  • On the unbuttered side of two slices, place the white cheddar cheese.
  • Layer the thin peach slices evenly over the cheese.
  • Drizzle honey over the peaches generously.
  • Top with the other two slices of bread, buttered side facing out.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, then place the assembled sandwiches in it.
  • Grill until the bottom is golden brown, about five minutes, then flip and repeat on the other side.
