  • 1 medium Mango Luscious sweetness; choose ripe and slightly soft.
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice Fresh is best to enhance fruity flavors.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Balances acidity; agave syrup works as a vegan option.

Tortilla Chips

  • 6 tortillas Tortilla Chips Store-bought or homemade can be used.
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon Provides flavor for the chips.
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar Creates a sweet crunch on the chips.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Chop strawberries, kiwi, peaches, and mango into small bite-sized pieces.
  • Combine all the chopped fruit in a bowl.
  • Drizzle with lime juice and honey, then toss gently.

Chips Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cut tortillas into triangles and brush lightly with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  • Bake chips for about 10 minutes until they are golden and crispy.

Serving

  • Serve the fresh fruit salsa alongside the cinnamon sugar chips.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to two days. Chips should be kept in a cool, dry place in a zip lock bag to maintain crunch.
