  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Minced; enhances flavors.

Cooking Process

  • In a large skillet, warm the sesame oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  • Add the ground pork, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until evenly browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for about a minute until fragrant.
  • Add the mixed vegetables and stir, allowing them to soften slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Drizzle in the soy sauce and sprinkle with salt and pepper, mixing everything together.
  • Continue cooking for a few more minutes until heated through.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat on stovetop or microwave. Can freeze for up to 2 months. For added flavor, consider toasting garlic and ginger before adding vegetables.
