Preparation

  • Place chicken breasts in a single layer in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and cream of chicken soup until smooth.
  • Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Cover the slow cooker and set to cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Once cooked, shred the chicken in the slow cooker with two forks to mix with the gravy.
  • Serve over rice, pasta, or bread with parsley garnish if desired.
