Ingredients

Chicken

  • 2 cups Cooked and shredded chicken breast Can use leftover rotisserie chicken or poach in chicken broth.

Sauce

  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce Use your favorite brand or homemade.
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese Soften before adding to the sauce.
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Adds luxurious texture.
  • 1 cup Chicken broth Use low-sodium for better control over seasoning.

Vegetables

  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced) Infuses flavor into the dish.
  • 1 medium Onion (chopped) Sauté for flavor base.
  • 1 cup Green onions (for garnish) Adds freshness and color.

Cheese and Seasoning

  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese Use sharp or mild as preferred.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Always season to taste.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic in oil until fragrant.
  • Add shredded chicken and buffalo sauce; mix well.
  • Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Add pasta and cook according to package instructions; add more broth if needed.
  • When pasta is al dente, reduce heat; stir in cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
  • Mix in shredded cheddar cheese; season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve hot and garnish with green onions.

Notes

For serving, pair with a crisp Caesar salad or garlic bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the fridge.
