  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 cup Cooked and Chopped Bacon

Cooking Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the penne for about 8-10 minutes until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté diced onion until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Lower heat to medium-low. Add softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning. Stir until smooth.
  • Gradually incorporate chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring until well combined.
  • Stir in the shredded chicken, half of the chopped bacon, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese until melted together.
  • Toss in the cooked penne, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired creaminess.
  • Serve warm, topping with remaining bacon and fresh parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for about 3-4 days. Reheat gently, adding chicken broth or cream to restore creaminess. Can freeze for up to two months.
