Ingredients
  

Salad Base

  • 2 cups cooked pasta Fusilli or rotini recommended.
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced Rotisserie chicken is ideal.
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped Iceberg can be used but romaine is preferred.
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved Sun-dried tomatoes can be added for a twist.
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated Freshly grated for best flavor.
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing Store-bought or homemade.
  • to taste salt and pepper Seasoning is key.

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta in a pot of salted water until al dente, rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking, and let drain.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, diced chicken, chopped romaine, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  • Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
  • Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and season with salt and pepper; toss lightly again.
  • Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, pair with garlic bread or a light white wine. Adjust seasoning as needed, and consider adding avocado or bacon for variety.
