Cooking the Pasta

  • Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.

Mixing the Salad

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, sliced grilled chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, and grated Parmesan.
  • Drizzle Caesar dressing over the mixture and gently toss to coat.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving

  • Serve immediately or chill for up to an hour. Add croutons just before serving for extra crunch.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Add a drizzle of fresh dressing to perk them up. Avoid freezing the salad with lettuce.
