Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and olive oil to create a delightful paste.
  • Take each chicken breast and rub that garlic-Parmesan mixture all over it, ensuring every part is covered.
  • Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon, tucking the ends underneath or securing with toothpicks.
  • Place the wrapped chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is cooked through.
  • Sprinkle some dried parsley on top just before serving for a touch of elegance.

Notes

Store leftovers tightly wrapped in foil or in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in the oven for crispy texture. Freezing before baking is possible; just thaw and bake later.
