Preparation

  • In a pan over medium heat, toss the shredded chicken with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is blended and heated through.
  • On a skillet or grill, warm the corn tortillas until they’re pliable and have nice char marks.
  • Scoop a generous portion of the flavorful chicken onto each tortilla.
  • Top with a dollop of guacamole, a sprinkle of chopped onion, and a shower of cilantro.
  • Serve with lime wedges on the side.

Notes
